When I first started seeing Dr. Gupta, I was the new kid in a big new city who was ready to take on the music industry, however I was dealing with minor effects of acid reflux and sinus issues. And despite obsessive practice of what I thought was proper vocal care and management, I was always fearful of somehow damaging my voice due to my lack of knowledge of vocal anatomy. Through my time with Dr. Gupta and her video stroboscopy service, she not only helped me eliminate the effects of the acid reflux and sinus issues, she calmed my nerves and fears answering my many questions regarding potential vocal damage and educated me on how the voice works, providing additional ways to achieve proper and pristine vocal health. Four years later, I remain a loyal client of Dr. Gupta’s and I’m forever grateful for how she has helped educate me on my own voice and empowered me to sing without fear, giving me all the tools needed to succeed.
